Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, please contact us first to let us know. Then you will need to send by registered post your product to: PO Box 542 Winston Hills New South Wales AU 2153
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged / Faulty Products
If you are unhappy with your product due to damage or a product fault please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a photo showing the problem and we will get in touch to organise a replacement or refund.
